Products & Availability
We do our best to accurately display and describe the products offered on Fat Quarter Nest. Because computer and device screens can display colors differently, actual fabric colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
Product availability is subject to change. An item being displayed on our website does not guarantee that it will remain available.
We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other information and to cancel or adjust an order if an error affects your purchase. If we need to cancel an item you have already paid for, you will receive a refund for that item.
Fabric & Cut Items
Many of our products, including fat quarters and other fabric cuts, are prepared specifically for your order. Minor variations in fabric placement may occur depending on where a piece is cut from the fabric repeat.
Please review product descriptions carefully before ordering to make sure the size, quantity, and product are what you need.
Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout. We may use third-party payment processors, such as PayPal, to securely process transactions.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, inventory errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from completing the order.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are products that have not yet arrived at Fat Quarter Nest and are expected to be released or delivered at a future date.
Release dates and estimated arrival dates are provided by the manufacturer and are estimates only. Manufacturer production schedules, shipping delays, transportation issues, and other circumstances outside our control may cause a pre-order to arrive earlier or later than originally expected.
Pre-orders may be canceled and refunded as long as our order with the manufacturer has not been finalized. Manufacturer orders are generally finalized approximately six months before the expected release date, although the exact deadline may vary by collection or manufacturer.
Once our order has been finalized with the manufacturer, the pre-order can no longer be canceled.
If a manufacturer cancels a product or we are unable to fulfill a pre-order, the affected item will be refunded.
Pre-Orders & In-Stock Merchandise
Please place pre-order merchandise and currently in-stock merchandise as separate orders.
In-stock merchandise is intended for immediate shipment and should not be combined with merchandise that may not arrive for several months.
Orders containing pre-order merchandise will be handled according to the estimated availability of those items.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times provided by Fat Quarter Nest or the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Returns & Refunds
Eligible returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions described in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Some merchandise may not be eligible for return, particularly items that have been cut, altered, used, or otherwise prepared specifically for an order.

Promotions, Discounts & Coupon Codes
Promotions, discounts, and coupon codes may be subject to additional conditions and expiration dates.
Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot be combined. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions and to correct promotional or pricing errors.

If you create an account with Fat Quarter Nest, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity occurring through your account.
